About the role

Responsibilities
- Werven van nieuwe collega’s voor onze winkels in België en Frankrijk.
- Vacatures online plaatsen en zorgen voor wervingsmateriaal in de winkels en online.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het gehele selectieproces: van eerste contact tot aanname.
- Voeren van online eerste gesprekken en voorstellen van kandidaten aan regiomanagers en winkelmanagers.
- Het begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens de sollicitatieprocedure en zorgen voor een vlotte, positieve ervaring.
- Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het wervingsproces en de employer branding.
- Werven van volledige nieuwe teams voor nieuwe winkels in samenwerking met de regiomanager.
Requirements
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent communicatief sterk.
- Je bent enthousiast, energiek en vindt het leuk om veel kandidaten te spreken.
- Je kunt snel schakelen en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
- Je plant en organiseert je werk effectief en werkt nauwkeurig je administratie bij.
- Je bent een echte ‘rots in de branding’ voor zowel de organisatie als de kandidaat.
- Je bent tweetalig, Nederlands en Frans, dit is een vereiste voor deze Recruiter functie.
- Je bent woonachtig in België en vind het leuk om 1 dag per 2 weken op ons kantoor in Temse te werken.
- Je vindt het super leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat de teams in de winkels compleet zijn door jouw bijdrage.
