About the role

  • Source talent from job boards, social media, referrals, and events
  • Post openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles & hiring criteria along with usage of our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage offers and onboarding
  • Oversee internship programs and candidate assessments
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and monitor hiring metrics
  • Stay current on HR trends, tools, and employment law

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively
  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing tool
