About the role

  • Independent responsibility for managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
  • Planning and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews
  • Developing and implementing HR and organizational development initiatives
  • Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters
  • Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
  • Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practical approach

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist/Advisor)
  • German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
  • Desirable: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
