Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
Planning and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews
Developing and implementing HR and organizational development initiatives
Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters
Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practical approach
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist/Advisor)
German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
Desirable: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors

Salary €45,000 – €65,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
