About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
- Planning and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews
- Developing and implementing HR and organizational development initiatives
- Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters
- Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
- Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practical approach
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist/Advisor)
- German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
- Desirable: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
