Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Transport Leadership Team on talent strategy, workforce planning, culture, and engagement
Provide strong HR Partnership to the Segment President
Translate business strategy into a forward-looking HR roadmap
Lead change management efforts
Assess organizational effectiveness and guide organizational changes
Oversee talent acquisition strategies
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programs
Build an environment where team members feel supported
Lead a team of HR leaders that provide partnership to segment leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level roles
Proven experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven organizations
Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices
Master’s degree or MBA (stand out qualification)
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification (stand out qualification)
