About the role

  • Growth Marketing Analyst for Cortex focused on demand generation strategies in a B2B environment. Collaborating with Design, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • You will work on the Growth Marketing team, collaborating directly with the Design, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to strengthen the brand, drive campaigns, and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Your role will be to lead projects and strategically manage the company’s inbound pipeline, planning, testing, and executing strategies across all digital channels used by the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS companies, especially in generating leads and opportunities for sales teams;
  • Experience with user behavior and conversion analytics tools (such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity);
  • Relevant certifications in Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
