About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager creating inbound campaigns for AI SaaS company based in Porto. Designing funnels to reach decision-makers with effective messaging and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Design ICP-focused landing pages: create and refine conversion journeys tailored to specific buyer profiles.
  • Own full-funnel campaigns end-to-end: build inbound paths that convert interest into POCs.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize: run structured experiments to drive measurable improvements.
  • Translate insights into assets: convert forecasts, procurement planning and logic into content that resonates with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies: support industry-specific partner campaigns.
  • Craft narratives that sell: develop and implement storylines across inbound formats.
  • Monitor funnel analytics: track conversion metrics and assess messaging performance.
  • Coordinate inbound lead flow: work closely with commercial colleagues to ensure alignment between marketing and sales momentum.

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of experience in B2B performance or inbound marketing: practical experience with funnels, campaigns, or conversion.
  • Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • Testing is your way of working: hypothesis-driven thinking, conducting A/B experiments, and systematic learning from data.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics: clearly communicate forecasting logic, market signals, or supply-chain topics.
  • Industry experience is a plus, but clarity matters more: ability to quickly understand complex subjects and turn them into sharp, conversion-ready messaging.

Benefits

  • Solid base compensation: full pay with room for higher pay based on experience, plus variable compensation tied to performance.
  • Flexibility for remote work: initially on-site in a modern office near Porto, with support for accommodation, relocation, and local onboarding.
  • Flexible working hours with structure: plan your workday around core collaboration hours.
  • Full ownership of inbound channels: lead the creation, testing, and optimization of funnels, pages, and campaigns.
  • Meal allowance and full equipment: daily meal support and modern hardware.
  • Direct collaboration with the founders: work closely with leadership to align messaging and strategic goals.
  • Tangible impact in real industries: campaigns reach decision-makers in supply chain, planning, and procurement — delivering measurable results.
  • A team that connects beyond the job: informal meetups from after-work drinks to BBQs and game nights.
