About the role
- Market Growth Strategist supporting Merchant Services division to drive growth and improve sales processes. Analyzing data, assisting sales leaders, and supporting training.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis of critical KPIs with Merchant Services leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Perform QA on new sales applications and compliance submittals and be the escalation point of contact for aligned teams
- Assist sales leaders with process reinforcement, partner education, and sales coaching
- Support Merchant Services Sales Advisors with system concerns, process, and platform knowledge, and reinforce training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Merchant Services Sales, Support, Training, or Leadership experience
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau user experience
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation/presentation acumen
