Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized support.
  • Quickly assist customers with platform questions and complex technical issues.
  • Communicate in a fast-paced, written form that is warm, personal, and friendly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a tech-oriented support role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Passion for technology and experience working in a CRM system - preferably Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English both written and verbally.
  • Comfort under pressure and effective time management.
  • Customer-friendly communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, humble, curious, and adaptable to change.
