About the role

  • Customer Service role handling fraud inquiries for merchants and cardholders at Global Payments. Engaging with clients to resolve account issues while building industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to 25 or more account inquiries per hour
  • Assists with the completion of the lost stolen report, such as block and transfer of compromised accounts
  • Builds credit card replacement orders and completes shipping materials
  • Builds knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months high volume call center (onsite or remote) experience from within the last 18 months
  • Must complete a background check including criminal check, drug screen, credit check, and verification of education and past employment
  • Must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes working weekends
  • Must have a minimum 50mbs download speed and 15 mbps upload speed via ethernet cable connection
