Back-up the Leave team as needed, involving complex payroll calculations, employee escalations, and basic knowledge of US leave administration.
Assesses the organization's benefits processes and standards and performance metrics.
Monitors employee related legislation compliance and provides guidance on regulatory updates.
Leads moderately complex projects related to process optimization and standardization.
Maintains and reconciles employee related data and benefits records, and verifies and administers other HR records and data.
Monitors and ensures consistent implementation of new hire, termination, open enrollment, and qualified life events processes.
Supports the partnership with key vendors and stakeholders to hold vendors accountable for service delivery standards.
Requirements
Minimum requirement of 2 years of benefit-related work experience.
Minimum intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Excel.
Preferred Communication skills in AI tools.
Previous benefit experience in highly complex union/non-union environment.
Previous Leave Administration experience in a multi-state environment.
Previous payroll experience.
