About the role
- **AI Roadmap Execution & Automation Strategy:** Develop and operationalize a clear AI roadmap focused on identifying automation opportunities across business processes. Align initiatives with IT strategy and business goals.
- **Technical Problem Solving & Solution Design:** Analyze inefficiencies and procedural bottlenecks. Design and prototype AI-driven automation solutions using a solid understanding of development principles and system architecture.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Engineering:** Partner with business units to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and co-create automation solutions that deliver measurable impact. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- **Technology Evaluation & Adoption:** Scout emerging AI and automation technologies. Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate technical fit and business value before scaling adoption.
- **Project Delivery & Technical Oversight:** Manage AI and automation projects from concept to deployment. Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and integration with existing systems. Collaborate with developers and data scientists as needed.
- **AI & Automation Governance:** Promote ethical and compliant use of AI and automation tools. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- **Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:** Provide regular updates to the CTO and key stakeholders on automation progress, technical challenges, and strategic opportunities. Ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- You have more than 8 years experience in digital transformation projects
- You have a strong background in AI/ML and experience with software development / SQL
- You have proven experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and managing change
- You have a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
