Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI and data-driven opportunities across the marketing ecosystem.
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and rollout of new AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, NLP/NLU tools, predictive analytics, automation platforms).
- Use AI to enhance customer experience (UX), reduce churn, and increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Promote responsible, transparent, and sustainable use of AI in marketing.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and ethics experts to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong judgment, structured thinking, and long-term strategic vision.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-leading abilities.
- Knowledge of AI and data technologies: machine learning, deep learning, NLP/NLU, IoT, data science, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with marketing technologies, data systems, and project management tools.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, IT, data science, product teams, and external partners.
