Disponibilidade para atuar presencial em escritório no bairro Vila Olímpia sempre que requerido pela empresa/liderança;
Possuir internet cabeada com mais de 10 MB (Sem utilizar o Wifi);
Habilidade em manusear diversas plataformas de trabalho (Zendesk, WhatsApp, voz, chat, e-mail e Pacote Office);
Experiência com SAC - Atendimento Multiskill - voz, whatsApp e por vezes envio de e-mail no Sales Force.;
Disponibilidade parar atuar em jornada 5x2 folga escalada.
