Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and exceptional customer service and support for all Ancora brands
  • Handle inbound inquiries and execute outbound calling
  • Meet established KPI metrics and performance expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with customers
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service or a contact center
