Requirements

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Building Materials industry
  • Exceptional coaching and communication skills
  • Strong change leadership abilities
