About the role

  • Call Center Agent handling Swiss customer inquiries via phone and written communication. Fulfilling customer expectations and providing solutions to inquiries with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming telephone and written customer inquiries in Swiss German (and French or Italian)
  • Providing information with the aim of resolving the customer's issue on first contact
  • Recording customer inquiries in the system
  • Meeting customer expectations and finding the best possible solutions

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with a passion for telephone customer contact
  • Strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset and approach
  • Call center experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in Swiss German (min. C1) and French or Italian (min. B2)
  • Very good PC skills and a quick grasp of new information
  • High level of personal responsibility, self-motivation and a proactive working style
