About the role

  • HR specialist responsible for payroll processing and employee advisory in our company. Supporting recruitment, labor law, and social security topics with SAP R/3 system management.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing: preparation of payroll using our payroll system SAP R/3
  • Data maintenance: management of payroll and time-tracking data in SAP R/3
  • System administration: responsibility for maintenance and support of the SAP R/3 payroll system
  • Collective bargaining agreements: participation in the development and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements
  • Recruitment: execution of measures to recruit new talent
  • Employee advisory: support for employees on employment, collective bargaining/tariff, tax, and social security matters
  • Management advisory: specialist HR advice to managers on all personnel-related topics
  • HR administration: management of statistics, reports, certificates and references

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
  • Several years of experience in human resources and solid knowledge of income tax, social security and labor law
  • Knowledge of metal industry collective bargaining law (Tarifrecht Metall) is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and confident use of MS Office products
  • Service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a proactive, committed approach
