About the role

  • HR Services Team Leader at Vodafone leading HR Operations and ensuring compliance with HR processes and regulations. Fostering a positive team culture and enhancing employee experience through strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the HR Operations team, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure service delivery standards and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in HR transactional processes, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee data management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and data protection regulations in all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners) to support organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement tools & process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, service levels, and process outcomes for management review.
  • Support audits and ensure the integrity of HR records and documentation.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operations or a similar HR function, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll platforms)
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
