Responsibilities
Manage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support HR team operations
Oversee the shared HR email inbox
Create purchase orders (POs) and match invoices for general HR activities
Approve Business Travel Account requests for employees
Actively participate in various HR projects, including research and analysis
Responsible for delivering reports for HR and other business units
Prepare and adapt a monthly report using HR data
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English is required
Degree in administration, HR, data analysis, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis roles
At least 3 years of relevant experience in coordination roles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools
Experience in HR analytics, including creating, configuring, customizing, and implementing reports and dashboards.
