Responsibilities
You support the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the retail stores and help identify personnel and development needs, including succession planning.
You advise and support our employees — from apprentices to store managers — and act as a trusted contact.
You handle internal applications and organize transfers in coordination with the HR support team.
You assist in conducting employee discussions, document the outcomes and help implement the agreed measures.
You actively participate in the onboarding process and support the implementation of HR processes — always with a focus on high quality.
You cooperate confidentially with works council bodies and contribute to the execution of matters subject to co-determination.
Requirements
You have a commercial vocational qualification with an additional HR certification or a degree with a focus on HR and have ideally gained initial experience through internships or student positions.
You possess strong interpersonal and advisory skills and are keen to build trusting, long-term relationships.
You work independently and reliably and communicate clearly and persuasively.
You are motivated to develop professionally and personally.
