About the role

  • HR Business Partner at Verband Creditreform managing personnel processes and collaborating with leaders. Driving change management and employee development with a focus on strategic HR goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with managers, advising them on all HR-related and strategic matters and supporting them with workforce planning.
  • You will develop and implement HR strategies that specifically contribute to achieving company goals.
  • You will design and manage employee development and talent management — for example through targeted training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • You will promote a modern, partnership-oriented, and service-focused HR approach.
  • You will support managers in their personal and professional development and jointly drive sustainable leadership programs.
  • You will take ownership of cross-departmental HR projects — from conception to successful implementation.
  • You will actively support change processes and contribute to continuous organizational development.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally across different HR roles.
  • Solid knowledge of employee development, change management, and labor/employment law.
  • Strong communication skills, consulting competence, and empathy.
  • Experience in project management and cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Confident use of HR software and digital tools (ideally Workday).
