Responsibilities

Requirements
A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally across different HR roles.
Solid knowledge of employee development, change management, and labor/employment law.
Strong communication skills, consulting competence, and empathy.
Experience in project management and cross-organizational collaboration.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Confident use of HR software and digital tools (ideally Workday).
