About the role

Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze the employee journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Contribute to defining and promoting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and internal employer branding initiatives.
  • Propose digital solutions to enhance the employee experience.
  • Measure metrics (NPS, engagement, feedback).
  • Conduct climate and engagement surveys, proposing action plans.
  • Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
  • Support internal communications with campaigns aligned to the company's purpose.
  • Act as a guardian of organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Preferred knowledge of Design Thinking and People Analytics.
  • Advanced English.
  • Familiarity with EX tools and data analysis.
