- Design and evolve structures, roles, and processes that enable high performance at scale

- Lead the organisation through the inevitable transitions of a scaling company - new systems, evolving structures, shifting priorities
- Build change capability across the organisation, not just within HR
- Navigate the competition between moving fast and bringing and enabling people along
- Lead and develop the HR team across operations, recruitment, and employee experience
- Continuously improve HR service delivery through smart automation and process optimisation
- Maintain the credibility of HR as a function that accelerates the business
Requirements
- 8+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in a scaling tech/SaaS environment (100-500 employees)
- Experience with international operations and multi-country employment complexity
- Hands-on experience implementing HRIS, performance management, and compensation systems
- Business-first thinking - you understand business dynamics, and what it takes to build a sustainable company
- Proactive by nature - you identify challenges before they become problems and opportunities before they become obvious
- Comfortable with ambiguity - you can make sound decisions with incomplete information and adjust as you learn
