About the role

  • HR Representative managing employee relations at Calanbau Brandschutzanlagen GmbH. Overseeing HR topics for employees and conducting document preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support for a defined group of employees and managers on all HR-related matters, e.g. vacation, sickness, maternity/parental leave, contracts and documentation
  • Preparation of employment-related documents such as contract amendments, supplemental agreements and issuance of certificates (working hours, salary or employment certificates, parental leave, health insurance forms, etc.)
  • Confidential collaboration with employee representative bodies
  • Handling of employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Participation in HR projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR / Human Resources Management
  • Professional experience in HR, ideally in a technically oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
  • Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a hands-on mentality
  • Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Business-fluent German
