Responsibilities
Gain insight into personnel management at one of Europe’s leading energy providers
Be involved in day-to-day operations and work together with our HR Experience Partners on relevant HR measures and special projects
Support the team in preparing contract documents and take responsibility for creating and processing employee ID cards

Requirements
You are studying in business, humanities, social sciences, or a comparable field
You are interested in a longer-term collaboration to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and deepen your expertise
Ideally, you already have initial experience in HR and possess basic knowledge of business operations and company processes
You consider a high level of customer and service orientation and strong communication skills among your strengths
Your conscientiousness as well as your structured and results-oriented way of working characterize you
Very good German (C1) and confident English skills (B2) complete your profile
