Responsibilities

  • Handle personnel administration for a division of 200 employees
  • Complete administrative hiring and termination formalities
  • Process and monitor files related to health insurance, supplementary insurance (prévoyance), absences, and workplace accidents
  • Support employees and managers on personnel administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor law
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree or training in Human Resources
  • First significant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Knowledge of MEDISYS software is a plus
  • Energetic, motivated, rigorous, and well organized
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
