Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, and offboarding
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and contracts are compliant with local labor regulations
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation accuracy
Collaborate with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives

Assist in audits, legal documentation, and HR risk management when required
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR functions
Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
