About the role

  • People & Talent Manager responsible for recruiting and HR operations in a startup focused on nature and climate protection in Europe. Collaborates with management and develops a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from creating role profiles tailored to target groups to posting job ads
  • Responsible for HR structures (e.g., in Personio) and maintaining up-to-date personnel data
  • Design an efficient onboarding process and implement modern feedback formats
  • Organize team days and events and further develop employee benefits

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in HR, business administration, business/organizational psychology, or equivalent
  • Initial relevant professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations (preferably in a startup environment)
  • Self-organized and structured way of working with strong execution skills
  • Passion for modern HR practices and a sustainable company culture
  • Strong people skills and empathetic communication at all levels
