Responsibilities
Central HR point of contact (m/f/d) for the Rehabilitation business unit management, commercial managers and facility leaders on all HR-related matters, working closely with the Group Head of HR
Advising managers on employment, leadership and social security law matters
Actively shaping and implementing the HR and personnel strategy in close coordination with the business unit management and the Group Head of HR
Responsible for end-to-end personnel management (employee lifecycle), from onboarding to offboarding across our facilities
Close collaboration with HR administration, payroll and specialists in Learning & Development and Recruiting
Participation in and implementation of exciting HR projects, particularly in digitalization (e.g. rollout of the HR software rexx)
Close cooperation with external stakeholders and participation in committee work
Requirements
University degree in healthcare, business administration or economics with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification
Preferably several years' professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, ideally in healthcare
Experience implementing HR projects and working with common HR systems
Independent, structured working style and strong advisory skills
Excellent communication skills, initiative and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple topics in parallel and to proactively drive solutions
