About the role

  • Intern supporting HR functions, focusing on benefits and labor relations at Unimed Porto Alegre. Opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment and aid staff with inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in responding to employees and managers, assisting with clarifying questions and directing requests;
  • Assist with entering and updating employee registration information in internal systems;
  • Contribute to the control, organization, and filing of personnel documents (physical and digital);
  • Support data entry and maintenance in the TOTVS (HCM) system;
  • Assist in handling employee requests through the ticketing tool (Qualitor);
  • Support the organization and verification of labor-related documents.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of personnel administration activities (onboarding and attendance control);
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation (employment law);
  • Familiarity with the Qualitor and TOTVS systems, and Excel.
