Senior Process Associate in HR Shared Services managing employee data and optimizing workforce performance through data analysis. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.
Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, personal detail updates, long term leave & absence management, exit, layoff restructuring.
Manage and set up master data specific to organization and job design.
Manage L1/L2 query depending on the scope of work.
Track and resolve data discrepancies or errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.
Oversee and/or execute end-to-end employee master data administration (hires, changes, transfers, terminations, etc.) in Human Resource Management System platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy through validation and regular audit checks.
Act as a control point for high-risk or sensitive HR transactions and escalations.
Review bulk uploads and mass changes to employee data for compliance and accuracy.
Respond to L1 employee queries and escalate as needed.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and standard operating procedures across the data administration lifecycle.
Support or lead operational planning for high-volume changes such as org-wide promotions, year-end reviews, or system migrations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal data governance policies.
Maintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with HR Teams / Local HR Teams / Global HR Teams, payroll, onboarding, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
Act as a liaison between operational teams and global HR teams for issue resolution and data integrity assurance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in workforce data administration.
Drive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve first-time-right performance.
Handle escalations or exceptions related to data transactions and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements
Fluent (C1) German language level
Bachelor’s degree in HR Business, or related fields (MBA good to have).
Prior relevant experience in data management
Experience in pre-onboarding activity management.
Proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Human Resource Management System experience – Workday is mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable.
Certifications in project management or data analytics.
Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with workforce analytics and audit-readiness practices.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
