About the role

  • HR Intern at +A Educação focusing on personnel administration and onboarding. Supporting detail-oriented HR tasks in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform new-hire processes, including collecting and verifying documents, registering employees in systems, organizing contracts, and onboarding new team members;
  • Support personnel administration routines, ensuring processes are accurate and up to date;
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, keeping information accessible and well-structured;
  • Provide support to employees by answering questions and assisting with HR procedures;
  • Contribute to improvements in internal processes and to Personnel Department projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity;
  • Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team;
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR area;
  • Preferred: knowledge of hiring/onboarding routines and prior experience in Personnel Administration.
