About the role

  • Alternance Assistant RH et QVCT role supporting HR functions at Collège des Talents. Involves recruitment, personnel administration, and internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job postings according to managers' needs.
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone pre-screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Manage personnel administration: medical visits, reporting sick leave, HR documents.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications.
  • Update HR dashboards (headcount, absences, QVCT indicators, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of the QVCT action plan.

Requirements

  • Experienced (at least 2 years in a company) and passionate about human resources.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Flexible, responsive and committed.
  • Known for your kindness and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Autonomous and responsible.
