About the role

  • Head of Growth for a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup scaling proven growth strategies and leading experiments. Focus on designing growth channels, analyzing data, and building a growth team for high impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across PLG, paid, content, and new channels.
  • Scale existing high-performing channels while exploring and validating new ones.
  • Build models, track key funnel metrics, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to align growth initiatives with company goals.
  • Own the growth roadmap, budget, and prioritization framework.
  • Hire and lead additional growth specialists as channels mature.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving growth at a high-growth SaaS or PLG company.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Analytical and data-driven, but equally creative and hypothesis-oriented.
  • Comfortable operating with limited resources and high autonomy.
  • Strong prioritization skills — able to focus on what truly moves the needle.
  • Resilient and experimental mindset; comfortable learning from failure.
