Requirements
6–12 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or growth-related role (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and storytelling skills across written and verbal formats
Confident and persistent cold-caller — willing to pick up the phone and make things happen
Highly motivated and financially driven with a bias toward action
Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop into a full-cycle AE or GTM position
Comfortable working in a dynamic, in-person startup environment with high visibility
