About the role

  • Growth Associate generating B2B SaaS pipelines for a startup in EV infrastructure. Responsible for outreach, sales development, and collaboration with marketing leaders in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and book qualified meetings with target accounts
  • Partner with senior sales and marketing leaders to refine messaging and positioning
  • Experiment with creative outreach channels (social, video, gifting, and other tactics)
  • Track, measure, and report on outbound activity and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to test new approaches and scale successful playbooks

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or growth-related role (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills across written and verbal formats
  • Confident and persistent cold-caller — willing to pick up the phone and make things happen
  • Highly motivated and financially driven with a bias toward action
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop into a full-cycle AE or GTM position
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, in-person startup environment with high visibility
