About the role
- Senior Talent Acquisition Partner managing global talent acquisition strategies for Stillfront's creative teams. Collaborating on hiring processes for key company areas and ensuring positive candidate experiences in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from needs analysis through active sourcing, interviews, selection and contract negotiation to hiring
- Close collaboration with leaders, management and HR colleagues across different countries to develop tailored hiring strategies
- Recruitment for central company functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) as well as for our creative studios worldwide
- Building and maintaining an international talent pool – with a focus on tech, creative and business profiles
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and high service orientation towards internal stakeholders
- Using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize our processes
- Developing and implementing modern recruiting and employer branding strategies
Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment within the tech industry
- Proven expertise in end-to-end management of hiring processes
- Strong communication and advisory skills as a sparring partner for managers and leaders
- High service orientation and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences
- Confident use of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse or similar)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; good German skills are an advantage
