Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from needs analysis through active sourcing, interviews, selection and contract negotiation to hiring
Close collaboration with leaders, management and HR colleagues across different countries to develop tailored hiring strategies
Recruitment for central company functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) as well as for our creative studios worldwide
Building and maintaining an international talent pool – with a focus on tech, creative and business profiles
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and high service orientation towards internal stakeholders
Using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize our processes
Developing and implementing modern recruiting and employer branding strategies
Requirements
Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment within the tech industry
Proven expertise in end-to-end management of hiring processes
Strong communication and advisory skills as a sparring partner for managers and leaders
High service orientation and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences
Confident use of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse or similar)
Fluent English, both written and spoken; good German skills are an advantage
