About the role

  • End-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from needs analysis through active sourcing, interviews, selection and contract negotiation to hiring
  • Close collaboration with leaders, management and HR colleagues across different countries to develop tailored hiring strategies
  • Recruitment for central company functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) as well as for our creative studios worldwide
  • Building and maintaining an international talent pool – with a focus on tech, creative and business profiles
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and high service orientation towards internal stakeholders
  • Using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize our processes
  • Developing and implementing modern recruiting and employer branding strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment within the tech industry
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end management of hiring processes
  • Strong communication and advisory skills as a sparring partner for managers and leaders
  • High service orientation and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences
  • Confident use of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse or similar)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; good German skills are an advantage
