Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers customer lifecycle from first marketing touchpoint to final renewal
Own Salesforce as a platform across Lead-to-Cash, including data model design and reporting standards
Run Salesforce changes with release discipline for understanding downstream impacts
Own the plumbing between Salesforce and GTM tool stack including Salesloft, Clay, and HubSpot
Run RevOps delivery through Jira with clear prioritization
Build logic behind funnel and pipeline reporting including pipeline velocity and conversion rates
Act as gatekeeper of data quality through governance and enrichment
Translate new GTM motions into system design fast
Reverse engineer broken workflows to improve seller workflows through better design and automation
Operationalize commercial mechanics in systems and reporting
Requirements
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Commercial Operations in B2B software
Advanced Salesforce build capability, including Flow Builder, custom objects, validation rules, and scalable data model design across Lead-to-Cash
Proven integration ownership across Salesforce and GTM tools, with comfort in troubleshooting API-driven workflows
Strong data fluency with deep experience in Salesforce reports and dashboards, plus practical SQL for validation and investigation
Comfortable using Python and or JavaScript to automate checks, speed up analysis, and improve operational efficiency
AI-first mindset with evidence of using automation or AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual work without sacrificing governance
Strong preference for experience in a customer-facing, quota-carrying, or closely adjacent commercial role
