Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities
Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot
Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility
Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs
Drive pipeline governance
Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules
Support forecasting routines
Create and maintain sales operational playbooks
Improve RevTech operations
Act as the first-line support for CRM usage
Collaborate with Marketing and CS
Requirements
3–5+ years in a SaaS or high-growth environment (RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or CRM Ops)
