About the role

  • Revenue Operations Specialist working with Sales team to enhance CRM hygiene and reporting. Focus on streamlining processes and improving data quality for better decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot
  • Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility
  • Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs
  • Drive pipeline governance
  • Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules
  • Support forecasting routines
  • Create and maintain sales operational playbooks
  • Improve RevTech operations
  • Act as the first-line support for CRM usage
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CS

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a SaaS or high-growth environment (RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or CRM Ops)
  • Strong consultative and analytical skills
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (or comparable CRM experience)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • SQL and BI tooling are a plus
  • Track record of improving CRM hygiene and sales process adoption
  • Operational mindset: structured, detail-oriented, consistent follow-through
  • Clear communication and training skills
  • Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
