About the role

  • Revenue Operations role focused on building automated systems for post-sales at MyTraffic. Join us during a pivotal moment of transformation in location intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the post-sales revenue infrastructure: from customer conversion through renewal and upsell, creating a reliable, automated, and scalable engine.
  • Design the post-sales data model (ARR movements, renewals, expansion, churn)
  • Create a single source of truth across HubSpot, Planhat, Stripe, and Finance
  • Build automated customer management workflows (onboarding, renewal, expansion)
  • Transform Planhat into the central CS operating system (forecasting, health scoring, playbooks)

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Revenue Operations experience, ideally in a self-serve / PLG environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (post-sales), Planhat or equivalent, and billing tools (Stripe, Chargebee, etc.)
  • Builder mindset: you design and create systems from scratch, not just maintain existing ones
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you thrive in change, ambiguity, and in building within a fast-moving environment
