About the role

  • RevOps Analyst in charge of lead qualification and CRM management. Focused on outbound prospecting and optimizing commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting cadences (lists, segmentation, outreach, and follow-ups)
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage re-engagement of former clients using a consultative approach
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM pipeline: data hygiene, stages, tasks, SLAs, and routing
  • Create and monitor performance dashboards (activity, conversions, pipeline, productivity)
  • Automate workflows and integrations (RD Station/CRM), supporting commercial team efficiency
  • Document and standardize commercial processes (cadences, handoffs, operational playbooks)
  • Support team organization with reporting routines and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and commercial operations (pipeline, cadences, follow-up)
  • Strong communication skills for direct contact with leads/clients and conducting qualification
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of consistent execution.
