Customer Care Specialist managing end-to-end customer experience at snuggs. Handling inquiries, returns, and feedback in Czech, English, and German for Prague-based customers.
Responsibilities
Being the primary point of contact for our customers via email and social media, delivering timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support
Managing customer inquiries related to products, availability, orders, and order changes in Czech, English and German languages (with the support of AI)
Coordinating closely with our external warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Handling product returns, exchanges (size/fit), and claims efficiently
Collecting, documenting, and sharing customer feedback and insights to help continuously improve our products, processes, and overall customer experience
Ensuring all customer interactions reflect snuggs’ brand values and contribute to a positive, trust-based relationship with our community
Actively contributing to the shaping and strengthening of our brand identity through high-quality customer communication and service standards
Requirements
Native-level Czech skills (C2 Level), and fluency in English
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer care, support, service, etc.)
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing priorities independently
Empathetic, proactive, and motivated to help others - you enjoy creating positive customer experiences
Strong alignment with snuggs’ values (natural, expertise, kindness) and a mindset focused on continuous personal and professional growth
Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a big plus
