About the role

  • Customer Care Specialist managing end-to-end customer experience at snuggs. Handling inquiries, returns, and feedback in Czech, English, and German for Prague-based customers.

Responsibilities

  • Being the primary point of contact for our customers via email and social media, delivering timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support
  • Managing customer inquiries related to products, availability, orders, and order changes in Czech, English and German languages (with the support of AI)
  • Coordinating closely with our external warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
  • Handling product returns, exchanges (size/fit), and claims efficiently
  • Collecting, documenting, and sharing customer feedback and insights to help continuously improve our products, processes, and overall customer experience
  • Ensuring all customer interactions reflect snuggs’ brand values and contribute to a positive, trust-based relationship with our community
  • Actively contributing to the shaping and strengthening of our brand identity through high-quality customer communication and service standards

Requirements

  • Native-level Czech skills (C2 Level), and fluency in English
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer care, support, service, etc.)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing priorities independently
  • Empathetic, proactive, and motivated to help others - you enjoy creating positive customer experiences
  • Strong alignment with snuggs’ values (natural, expertise, kindness) and a mindset focused on continuous personal and professional growth
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a big plus
