Requirements
Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in a sales and customer care role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Pro-active approach towards finding & sharing possible improvements regarding the experience of the prospect/ customer.
