About the role

  • Medical Assistant providing customer service in a diagnostic lab. Responsibilities include patient interaction, data management, and coordination with physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support and consultation to physician practices
  • Transmit test results to physicians by phone or electronically
  • Maintain data in the laboratory information system
  • Perform blood draws (venipuncture) and provide patient care in the on-site laboratory
  • Welcome and receive visitors
  • Support digital order entry for physician practices
  • Working hours are scheduled in shifts between 07:30 and 18:00

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or interest in joining the laboratory as a career changer (m/f/d)
  • Confident user of IT systems and enjoyment working with modern technologies
  • Very good German language skills
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit for collaboration with various departments
