Responsibilities
Provide telephone support and consultation to physician practices
Transmit test results to physicians by phone or electronically
Maintain data in the laboratory information system
Perform blood draws (venipuncture) and provide patient care in the on-site laboratory
Welcome and receive visitors
Support digital order entry for physician practices
Working hours are scheduled in shifts between 07:30 and 18:00
Requirements
Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or interest in joining the laboratory as a career changer (m/f/d)
Confident user of IT systems and enjoyment working with modern technologies
Very good German language skills
Strong service and customer orientation
Strong communication skills and team spirit for collaboration with various departments
