Responsibilities

  • Support inside sales in the areas of telesales and telemarketing
  • Assist various customer service teams by phone
  • Collect structured feedback from customers
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with members, customers and partners

  • Serve as a contact person for veterinary customers

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in telephone-based sales
  • Passion for and enjoyment of telesales, outbound calling and selling
  • High social competence and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, conflict resilience and assertiveness
  • Experience with SAP and the MS Office suite
