About the role

  • People & Culture Manager overseeing HR functions and employee engagement at a dynamic international company. Leading recruitment and HR policy development while fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
  • Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes
  • Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Enhance Employer Value Proposition through various initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of trust
  • Plan and organize team events together with Office Manager
  • Lead and develop your team including HR Payroll & Admin Manager and Office Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a generalist HR role within a startup or dynamic growth environment
  • Proven experience with common SaaS-based tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Travelperk)
  • Proficient in both English and German
