About the role

  • HR Assistant at the Deutsche Jugendinstitut supporting digitalization projects in the HR sector. Focusing on organizing personnel files and supporting HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the implementation of various digitalization projects in the HR area
  • Preparation of personnel files for scanning by an external service provider
  • Review, sorting and preparation of personnel files
  • Structuring and categorization of documents according to specifications
  • Ensuring the order, completeness and quality of personnel files scanned by the external service provider
  • Supporting the team in the development and further refinement of existing processes
  • Assisting with the creation of text templates and forms
  • Supporting the implementation of additional HR projects
  • Taking on organizational and administrative tasks within the department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with further training in personnel/HR or administration
  • Initial practical experience in human resources is an advantage
  • Affinity for digital tools and processes; ideally some experience with HR software
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, careful, structured and reliable working style; flexibility
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • German language skills at least at C1 level
