Responsibilities

  • Management of the recruiting process (from job posting to offer generation)
  • Planning and execution of the onboarding process and primary point of contact for new employees
  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, managers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Organization and procurement of workwear and rental laundry
  • Handling HR special topics and actively contributing to HR projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business, psychology, or a comparable program with a focus on HR
  • Initial professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Confident user of MS Office, SAP HCM and common applicant tracking systems, with an affinity for modern recruiting solutions
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Strong service and consultative orientation and a good sense for diverse target groups
  • Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility and team spirit
