About the role

  • HR Sachbearbeiter managing payroll and supporting HR projects. Involves advising staff and leaders on personnel issues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll processing and reporting
  • Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Plan, manage and implement HR projects, e.g., introduction of new HR tools and digitization of processes
  • Maintain and manage personnel files and ensure data quality in the HR system
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Human Resources, a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid payroll knowledge
  • Strong IT skills (ideally Sage), particularly in HR-related systems
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
