About the role
- First point of contact for HR inquiries in Gdańsk-based Global Knowledge Centre. Provide support in employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with HR standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets
- Triage, resolve, or escalate requests related to HR policies, processes, systems, and employee data updates
- Provide guidance on system navigation (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Support basic employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Assist managers and P&C partners with logging standard transactions and redirect complex cases to appropriate operational teams
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and confidentiality of employee information
- Collaborate with People Services team members, Operations teams, and European P&C partners
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in P&C operations, HR services, helpdesk, contact center, or shared services
- Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information and resolve standard cases independently
- Strong customer service orientation
