First point of contact for HR inquiries in Gdańsk-based Global Knowledge Centre. Provide support in employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with HR standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets
Triage, resolve, or escalate requests related to HR policies, processes, systems, and employee data updates
Provide guidance on system navigation (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
Support basic employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and other HR systems
Assist managers and P&C partners with logging standard transactions and redirect complex cases to appropriate operational teams
Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and confidentiality of employee information
Collaborate with People Services team members, Operations teams, and European P&C partners
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in P&C operations, HR services, helpdesk, contact center, or shared services
Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information and resolve standard cases independently
