About the role
- People Development Manager responsible for developing training and leadership programs at The Quality Group. Collaborating with teams to enhance employee performance and skills, focusing on sustainable development.
Responsibilities

- Du verantwortest den Bereich Leadership Development, entwickelst Programme für neue und erfahrene Führungskräfte und begleitest Manager aktiv in ihrer Rolle (z. B. Feedback, Performance, Selbstführung)
- Du führst Inhouse-Trainings selbst durch (live, remote auf Deutsch und Englisch) und steuerst externe Trainer:innen, Coaches und Weiterbildungsanbieter
- Du entwickelst Kompetenzmodelle und Entwicklungspfade für Mitarbeitende, Rollen und Führungslaufbahnen
- Du leitest Lern- und Entwicklungsbedarfe systematisch aus Unternehmenszielen, Feedback- und Performance-Prozessen ab
- Du stellst die Qualität und Wirksamkeit der Lernangebote sicher und verbesserst diese iterativ auf Basis Anforderungen und regelmäßigem von Feedback
Requirements
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich People Development, Learning & Training oder Coaching
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Trainings- und Lernformaten, inklusive der Arbeit mit Learning-Management-Systemen, sowie in der Durchführung von Trainings
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Verantwortung von Leadership-Programmen sowie in der Begleitung von Führungskräften mit
- Du besitzt ein starkes Verständnis für Performance-Management, Feedback und leistungsorientierte Führung
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe didaktische Kompetenz aus, gepaart mit Beratungsstärke und einem sicheren Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und konzeptionell und verbindest dies mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
